Coming from the Ethereum Foundation, he is a leading expert in the Ethereum compiler and Ethereum Virtual Machine. With a background in mathematics, Hari formerly worked for the Ethereum Foundation building the solidity language, and has given numerous technical talks at top industry conferences.

Merlin Egalite
Merlin Egalite is the Co-Founder and Integration Team Lead of Morpho Labs, a research and development company responsible for building and growing the Morpho protocol. With a strong foundation in mathematics and a distinguished degree from CentraleSupelec, specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Merlin ventured into the cryptocurrency space in 2018 as smart contract security researcher. Merlin leads the integration team, focusing on supporting the whole Morpho ecosystem.

Austin is an advisor at Variant, specializing in mechanism design for protocols and other technical guidance for early-stage builders. Austin is currently building Whetstone Research, a mechanism design research firm, and is an advisor for Uniswap Labs.

Thomas de Phuoc

Thomas de Phuoc
Thomas de Phuoc is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Kiln. In his role, Thomas has been instrumental in guiding Kiln through significant milestones, including a successful $17 million Series A funding round and scaling the team from 5 to 100+ members.
Prior to co-founding Kiln, Thomas served as the Country Lead for France at Circle from June 2017 to June 2019, where he was responsible for expanding the company's presence in a new region.
Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's in Banking, Finance, and Insurance from Université Paris Dauphine. He furthered his education with a Master's in Management from London Business School.
His previous interventions include BPI, Think Tank LaBChain by Groupe Caisse des Dépôts, and the Staking Summit among others.

Before venture investing, he was Executive Deputy Superintendent at the New York State Department of Financial Services (NYDFS), where he oversaw the licensing and supervision of major digital asset firms, including some of the largest exchanges, custodians, and stablecoin issuers in the U.S. Earlier in his career, he worked as a federal regulator at the FDIC, focusing on policy development and new technologies.

Rahul brings a wealth of experience from traditional finance to the decentralized world. At Gauntlet, he focuses on bridging the gap between TradFi and DeFi with new initiatives, such as the Levered RWA Strategy.

Devin Walsh is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Uniswap Foundation, where she leads efforts to support the growth and decentralization of the Uniswap ecosystem. Prior to co-founding the Foundation, Devin served as Chief of Staff at Uniswap Labs and as a Principal investor at CoinFund. She has held key roles in Business Development and Strategy at ConsenSys, and led product and project management for firm-wide initiatives at BlackRock. Devin holds an MBA from MIT with a focus on Entrepreneurial Strategy and a BA in Economics from Princeton University.
