Participation and Eligibility
Researchers must register via the Cantina platform. To maintain a high signal-to-noise ratio, a $10 submission fee applies when a finding is logged. This fee is fully refunded upon validation of a legitimate bug. Payouts exceeding $600 require standard KYC verification via W-9 or W-8BEN forms.

- Folio Contracts and Trusted Fillers: Layers enforcing exposure constraints and managing staking.
The preference goes to findings with systemic impact, exploitable risks, or high economic severity. Web interfaces, APIs, and third-party contracts deployed outside the ABC Labs team are out of scope.
